Q: How can I be qualified as a Mrs. Fields Franchisee?
A: You should be an entrepreneur who is self-driven, business-oriented, and know how to motivate your people. You must also willing to dedicate your time in managing the daily operations of your store/cafe. Financial capacity to invest will also be evaluated.

Q: As a Franchisee, will I undergo training, and my employees as well?
A: Yes, there will be a free training for franchisees, and the 1st batch of store employees in all phases of Mrs. Fields operations.

Q: Who will provide the building plans? Who will do the construction?
A: The building plans and designs will be provided by Mrs. Fields. You will be given the option to choose your own contractor or you can tap the ones accredited by the company.

Q: How much is the return of investment?
A: The profitability of the franchised store will greatly depend on factors such as location, management capabilities, and the market potential.
