Fresh Salon & Spa was first opened by Rodrigo Y. Palaginog in Aglipay, Mandaluyong during Novermber 2005. Mr. Rodrigo believed that a beauty salon should not limit its services to only hair care, thus the concept of combining a Salon with a Spa was born, he wanted his shop to be a haven for all those who seeks pampering and relaxation. They also provide “Fresh” products so that their customers can maintain their “Fresh look” at home.
By the time of its development into a franchise system in 2007, there are already four locations had been inaugurated at the following locations: Shaw Boulevard, Mandaluyong ( on May, 2006); in San Francisco del Monte, Quezon City (on October, 2006); and in Espana, Manila (on February, 2007), Fajardo Sampaloc, Manila (Sept, 2007).
