The franchise term is for a period of 5 years, renewable for 3 terms of 5 years each. The area requirement is a minimum of at least 150 sqm. to a maximum of 300 sqm.
The franchise fee is P 500,000 (due upon signing of the franchise contract) for the right to the:
* use of trademark name and logos
* use of menu selection, system of operations
* site selection assistance and approval
* transfer of technology
* confidential operations manuals
* renovation supervision
* training (2-4 weeks of training, applicable to pioneer team)
* assistance in hiring and selection of personnel
The total franchise investment therefore may reach P 6-8 million depending on the size and location, due to cost renovation/building-up of the restaurant, equipments and other opening expenses. Payback period is 1-3 years.
