We can’t deny the fact that almost all filipinos have sweet tooth, and it has always been a trait to buy something to take home as “pasalubong” whenever you go out on a trip. Seeing the demmand for these Mr. Plaridel Dela Cruz started a Business during 1989 which sells variety of pies, rice cakes, and pastries, with Buko pie as its carrier product. As of now Colette’s have 40 stores nationwide, they still continue to provide happiness to every reciever of their products either young of adult.
