Area Franchise Fee is Pesos 100,000.00 including the rights to open three (3) outlets, which have to be in operation within 24 months. Additional outlets can be opened by Franchisee within the granted area and Franchise includes:

* Opening Assistance for first outlet

* Effective Field Service
* Franchise Agreement: 6 years, renewable
* Expected R.O.I.: 1-2 years

What is the difference between the three Franchises?

As a Unit Franchisee, you purchase the right to operate one outlet, which has to be situated within the province of Misamis Oriental. As an Area Franchise, you get an exclusive territory and you have to open three outlets in your territory within 24 months. As Area Franchisee you can even open more than only three outlets. With a cart Franchise, you get an ambulant territory within Cagayan de Oro City and do not need to have a store outlet at all.
