Bonnies BBQ Grill started when Bonnie Carissa Soliman was given Five hundred pesos by her father Jose G. Soliman to start a small BBQ business in front of Tarlac Plaza. With a grill borrowed from her sister-in-law, a secret BBQ recipe and tons of encouragement from her family she ventured and succeeded in this field. Bonnies BBQ Grill became quite popular to the extent that no family celebration or office party would be complete without her spicy sweet BBQ in the table.
In 2005 Bonnies BBQ Grill opened in Tiendesitas Pasig City, to a stand up line of eager customers who have heard of the “masarap na BBQ” freshly grilled at the corner stall.
